And with keen observation, any pageant watcher will detect the small and precise nuances in her moves that shout a potential winner’s profile in motion.
This girl started to whet my appetite during yesterday’s announcement of Miss World Philippines 2014 Official Candidates. It bears watching how she will gradually turn on the heat even more in the coming weeks of pre-pageant activities.
Wearing her black evening gown, Rachel is a stunning presence.
I can only agree that, indeed, she could be the secret weapon of KF. But then again, we already knew her intentions of joining way before the screenings. So let me re-christen Rachel Peters as the beauty camp’s deadly weapon. ;-)
