You see, when word got out that Mister International 2014 has been postponed to November 29, he was the first to heave a big sigh of relief. He didn’t want to rush himself for Seoul. With most everyone riding the wave of his instant popularity, invitations for personal appearances mushroomed left and right to the point that his daily schedules are getting too crowded. He only gets Sundays free, and that is, if no live TV guesting in one of the musical variety programs can’t be helped.
“…mabuti na din at na-postpone at makakapag train pa po ako” mentioned Neil during our chat. “Need ko din ng rest kasi sobrang daming invitation nahihiya po kasi ako tumanggi… Sana manalo ako at magbigay ako ng karangalan sa bansa at sa PNP… (“It’s good it got postponed so I can train. I also need to rest because of the numerous invitations which I find hard to turn down. I hope to win so I can give honor to the country and to PNP.”)

And Neil got more than a month to concentrate on improving himself for the international competition. Between now and the first week of November, he will try to keep a more sane schedule so enough time can be set aside for gym workouts and personality development workshops.
Just holler if you need help, Neil. ;-)
