Bodyshots Philippines 2014 male winner Christopher Matecki went from a relatively stocky backpacker to a more beefy in-demand local model
Here is a Fil-Aussie guy who backpacked his way to the country, surprised his relatives with the visit, planned to wander for a couple of months, got discovered for a casting call and found himself becoming one of the more promising male models getting booked in several fashion shows and pictorials.
From his Bodyshots victory last April when he still weighed 192 lbs., Sin tipped the scale at 176 last July and still improved to getting more than a total of 20 lbs. off his weight – all in a leaner and more sculpted body frame (plus a waistline that now measures at 31″). He got well-meaninged nutrition & fitness guidance from the experts, went on a proper diet (even if he still misses eating like crazy), and significantly improved his posture to make him a real 6’1″ (better than 6’0.5″).Right now, he lives with more passion and is focused on improving his craft. And to think that he had prior. misgivings about the literally scarred part of his arms (which he considered as a major physical setback). He overcame fears about it preventing him from getting jobs on the runway or during editorial photoshoots.
This is Sin. 20 lbs. lighter. Six months later. Still with the backpacker personality in play. But already packed with abs and a much improved disposition as an individual.
Here’s to you! ;-)
