The Tokyo tour continued with the Miss International 2014 contestants visiting Shrines, watching and listening to the Higashi-Matsuyama Drums and dropping by Little Edo Kawagoe City.

The ladies are enjoying the entirely new experience of being exposed to the religious practices in Japanese culture, while getting a taste of Tokyo street food and buying an assortment of souvenir items they will never find in markets back home. They particularly liked the ‘koinobori’ or carp-shaped wind socks that are flown by kids during Children’s Day, a national holiday.

Today’s schedule is relatively light so they will enjoy the free time to engage in more girl-bonding. ;-)
