The photo above was taken back in the day when Pia Wurtzbach was just a small child sitting on her father’s lap. This is the same photo uploaded on Instagram a few days back when her beloved Papa passed away right in the midst of the holiday rush. With it, she wrote:
“My father is the reason why I’m strong, why I’m in constant seek for knowledge & why I never give up & settle for less. He was very strict & taught me discipline. He was also very loving & he taught me loyalty & compassion. Thank you, Papa. I pray that you’re safe in God’s arms now. Love always, mausi.“

Indeed, Pia’s Christmas without Papa is now Christmas spent missing a dearly departed. And this year will be tougher because all her loved ones are in London and she will be spending the Holidays by her lonesome. Let’s cheer her up, dear readers.
