The update from Miss Universe above makes it official. Only a Top 15 will be called this year.

There will only be a #Top15 in the 63rd Miss Universe Pageant, and not a Top 20 as previously buzzed about.
No fast-track of the Congeniality and National Costume Award winners as well. And as we all know by now, no Fan Vote to begin with.
Those Fifteen (15) slots have become so precious that all the Eighty-Eight (88) candidates will try to move heaven and earth during the Preliminaries to secure one.
Have you come up with a list of your anticipated 15? If yes, then leave it open to alterations. The Prelims could be a game-changer for some of the less talked-about ladies. ;-)
From 88 delegates, the first cut will have only 15 of them moving on.
