Cagayan Valley’s finest for 2013: Will Darlene join Bb. Pilipinas 2014?

If you scroll down a little further, one of your blogger’s posts yesterday was about Sheena Manuel – a fellow candidate who got the Tourism title of the province (much like a 3rd placer in the sum of score sheets) to Darlene’s top plum. So if you compare the two side-by-side, who do you prefer? The taller one or the big winner?
If you ask me, I go for the contender with better international potentials.
