When will BPCI issue an official statement on Hannah Ruth Sison’s alleged exit from Bb. Pilipinas 2014?
Pending the release of an official statement from BPCI, the buzz on Kagandahang Flores entry Hannah Ruth Sison being allegedly disqualified is loud enough not to simply ignore or keep mum about.
And don’t worry, dear readers. Mercifully, the alleged reason is not height-related. Hannah Ruth’s endorsement contracts (conflicting with pageant sponsors) – Globe Telecoms being one – could be the culprits. Keep in mind that the finals will be held at Smart Araneta Coliseum. Get the conflict?
This is somewhat similar to the situation which led to the disqualification of Maxine Medina last 2012. What I don’t get, though, is the fact that Hannah Ruth’s Globe TVC has been frequently airing nationwide for a good part of 2013. How could her distinguishable face escaped the screening committee last month?
Anyways, everything happens for a (fateful) reason. And that reason could be that she is meant for another pageant later this year.
