Binibini 22 Apriel Smith is an effortless standout in the Bb. Pilipinas 2016 competition. She does represent a diverse side of the Pinay beauty that has not been often seen in the annual editions of the pageant. Her presence and aura beckons with such a sparkling effect everytime she starts smiling and giving that hypnotic stare that captures the attention of spectators very quickly.
And this Cebuana rep does have a lot of pluses stacked in her favor – height and stance as just tips of the iceberg, so to speak. I reckon that she will take her bid for a crown far enough. Just how far will depend on how her further performance will unravel in the coming weeks leading to the Press Presentation and the much-awaited finals.
So how is Apriel summing up her Binibini experience so far? In her own words:
Binibining Pilipinas 2016 journey is a roller coaster ride. The fun, challenges and surprises are merged into one. There’s just a lot of good memories to share and be thankful for. Then theres the people involved in those memories.
Joining this prestigious pageant never failed in reminding me that I can truly make a difference and how blessed I am with enough of everything I need – especially enough love for me to know my worth and that keeps me going.
My BBP2016 journey taught me a lot of experiences to slow me down and remind myself to appreciate every single moment of the journey. Gaining experiences is a never ending cycle.
