Geisha Naganuma is one of the most – if not the most – bashed Binibinis of Bb. Pilipinas 2016. A significant part of the online bullying came from the fact that she is the one who replaced the original (and much-anticipated) Binibini 20 Kim Ross delos Santos. Hence, netizens initially treated her like a punching bag of criticisms left and right. The mudslings were ferocious, to say the least. But this lady from Bulacan got steady moral support from her JDV camp and fellow candidates. She gradually stood up from the non-stop throwing of negative comments and is now proud of how she has firmed up her emotions.
I asked Geisha to share her sentiments. She readily agreed. The good part is how she was able to overcome the bad vibes. Pardon whatever typo errors you can spot below. She wrote this at a unique moment when she wore her heart on her sleeve, which is not always wont to her true self. Read now:

Regardless of the results this coming April 17, Geisha has shown strength of character. Being a Binibini is tough, and what she went through on top of wearing pin number 20 made everything more difficult. She came out of it a better and wiser individual.
Best of luck, Geisha!
