When Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago visited her hometown in Masbate, one of the activities she committed to was the pep talk-cum-on the spot training of the Bb. Cataingan 2014 candidates on the rudiments of a beauty competition, particularly having the right attitude plus the proper way of walking, posing and applying make-up.
It was an afternoon well-spent as all the young ladies who attended were simply in awe of seeing a real-life international beauty queen in front of them and imparting useful tips on how to handle the provincial contest.
