So the team assignments are out. And Mr. Philippines John Spainhour has been placed on the Blue Team for the all-out physical challenges of the Mr. World 2014 competition in Torquay. I’m not sure yet as to how prepared his teammates are for the demands of the same, but our entry is raring to start with its more rough and tumble aspects after allowing most of the other candidates to shine during the talent auditions.
And while some quarters are saying that John has been coming off as shy and aloof in all the released photos so far, let’s cut him some slack. Perhaps, he is still feeling his way through the group. He should be up to the bonding and socializing in no time at all. ;-)
