In any international pageant where the Philippines is represented, our bet is almost always sought out by Filipino OFWs or residents of the host country. The same has been happening to Mr. World Philippines 2014 John Spainhour who has been getting his share of visits in Torquay. While the English Riviera is not exactly filled with a lot of our kababayans, the ones who are England-based still make time to take that bus ride to the coastal town. And our sweet rep always finds joy in entertaining them and giving out photo ops as well as small talks.
His Facebook page, however, is constantly loaded with likes and comments from all his fans and supporters. In fact, he has already reached past the 21k mark by now, still comfortably ahead of the rest. And I’m quite sure the organizers are pleased with what they’re seeing so far.
