When Pimbongkod “Ellie” Chankaew replaced Weluree Ditsayabut as Miss Universe Thailand 2014, she was asked by her handlers to keep a low profile first so as to let her own kissing controversy die a natural death before stepping out in public as the new rep of the Land of Smiles in Miss Universe 2014.
Just the other day, she finally appeared in her first live TV interview on the news. First off, she apologized for the kissing photos and will work hard to become a worthy ambassadress of Thailand. She also promises to do her best for the big competition, and even went as far as promising her fans that she will develop six-pack abs. Now that’s something I will have to see for myself because we all know that it is definitely harder for the ladies to achieve that. Perhaps, she just meant rock-hard abs. And I am also interested to see her transformation a few months from now. ;-)
