During the last telethon organized by Miss World Organization in Iowa, USA, Julia Morley made one of her first personal appearances after undergoing major operation due to a bad fall that happened inside an orphanage that collapsed in Haiti last year.
Miss World 2013 Megan Young and Mr. World 2012/13 Francisco Javier Escobar Parra was with the head of MWO during the said event.
